I have a Japanese friend here in Jakarta, being friend for more than ten years now. He has been living in Jakarta for almost 20 years. Doing his business, restaurant, who ever been to Jakarta and stayed at Sahid Hotel, there is a Japanese restaurant named Bushido. A well known Japanese restaurant, first class in Jakarta. He operate more 4 restaurants here.
What I have learned from Japanese is about doing business with trust and keeping a promise. If we have a deal about something, we have to keep that deals on whatever it takes. A few years ago, my friend told me that he wanted to sell a car and we had a deal about the price. But, he told me 2 months before selling that car. When the time came up, the market price of that car was growing up. He still kept the deal, he didn’t cancel the deal. This is simple but important, difficult to find that kind of “doing business” with peoples nowadays.
Two days ago, while watching the running trade of Jakarta Stock Exchange in my office, we talked about “Memoars of A Geisha” theme posted before. He was very excited, and ask me to browse another good picture from internet to make another Geisha theme. Finally, I found this image below from website of Geisha Restaurant, New York and made the theme…

4Hi,
First of all, thanks for all the great tips and themes!! Love yr site.
I jus started playing ard with Carbide… seem like my images and sis files are very huge. Even though my image is a jpg (30kb), when I paste it into Carbide it will become a .bmp (800kb).
Is there any way to reduce filessize?
Thanks yr help will be appreciated!

5When we paste an image to carbide.ui, it will convert to .bmp. no matter how big is your .png, .gif, or jpg. If your jpg or png or gif contains rich color, the bmp output file become bigger…so the sis file become bigger too. The right thing to do is convert jpg or png or gif to bmp first, then you can check the file size. You need to play a litlle with this thing..Good luck
