He went and after xxxxxxxxxxxx days message came in my cell regarding connection confirmation and the same day i called he confirmed after xxxxxxxxxxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx days connection will be done but till xxxxxxxxxxxx dec no such action for connecting broadband done, so i called again manoj.The people at the customer care told that they would send an engineer but they never turned.Whenever I could able to connect the Customer Service Executive tells that the Issue would be resolved by next day morning.I told this to vodafone store representative, they could not understand the problem.Planning to terminate connection and migrate to Hathway if this continues any concours inspecteur des douanes externe further.Any broadband related problem they not help properly.However since we did not receive the clarifications, we could not make the payment and as a consequence Vodafone stopped not only the connectivity of the said datacard but the outgoing call services to all our mobile phone connections and then the incoming facilities.I am small enterprise person and facing too much issue because of this low speed.Please help Ashutosh pandey Posted On: 15:15:41 Dear Sir/Ma'am, I have paid for bsnl modemwifi on 02nd july 2016 but yet they are not provide me modem and when i tried to call bsnl officers they gave me other officer's contact and told talk.I did not want LAN connection hence i cancelled my subscription.
My internet is not working from last 3 days.

I request bsnl to please waive of the night charges for the month of July and August 2014 so that I can pay the remaining amount and henceforth change my BB plan.
